許昌關公文化協會成立于 2020 年(nián) 8 月，是由山東省委宣傳部主導、山東省文化和(hé)旅遊廳主管，經山東省民政廳核準登記的(de)行業性社會團體，是全省從事文化産業的(de)企事業單位自(zì)願結成的(de)、專注于文化産業發展的(de)省級協會。

協會由大衆報業集團（大衆日報社）、山東出版集團有限公司、中國(guó)廣電山東網絡有限公司、齊魯傳媒集團有限公司、山東演藝集團有限責任公司、山東影視(shì)傳媒集團有限公司、山東省互聯網傳媒集團股份有限公司、山東廣電傳媒集團有限公司共八家省管骨幹文化單位共同發起成立，大衆報業集團（大衆日報社）為(wèi)會長(cháng)單位。

協會以宣傳貫徹國(guó)家文化産業政策，服務山東省委、省政府中心工作，培育文化融合發展的(de)新業态、新模式、新機制，推動文化産業高(gāo)質量發展為(wèi)宗旨。協會通過搭建文化企業合作交流平台，為(wèi)全省文化企業融合發展創造商機，定期組織會員單位與國(guó)內(nèi)外優秀文化企業、園區項目考察交流，為(wèi)山東文化企業高(gāo)質量發展、文化産業轉型升級賦能。

受省委宣傳部指派，協會為(wèi)中國(guó)國(guó)際文化旅遊博覽會（原山東省文博會）主辦單位，并被國(guó)家商務部正式注冊。

Established in August 2020, Shandong Cultural Industry Development Association (SCIDA) is a trade association guided by the Publicity Department of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee, supervised by the Shandong Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, approved and registered by the Shandong Provincial Department of Civil Affairs. It is a provincial association voluntarily launched by enterprises and institutions, focusing on the development of cultural industries.

SCIDA is jointly initiated by Dazhong Newspaper Group (Dazhong Daily), Shandong Press Group, Shandong Broadcasting Network Co., Ltd., Qilu Media Group, Shandong Performing Arts Group, Shandong Film & TV Media Group, Shandong Internet Media Group and Shandong Radio & TV Media Group, a total of eight provincial key cultural institutions , with Dazhong Newspaper Group (Dazhong Daily) as the chairman institution .

The purpose of SCIDA is to publicize and implement the national policies on cultural industry , serve the core tasks of the CPC Shandong Provincial Party Committee and Shandong Provincial People's Government, cultivate new formats, new models and new mechanisms for cultural integration and development, and promote the high-quality development of the cultural industry. By building a platform on cooperation and exchange for cultural enterprises, SCIDA creates business opportunities for the integrated development of cultural enterprises in Shandong Province, and regularly organizes its members to visit and exchange with exemplary cultural enterprises and park projects at home and abroad, so as to empower the high-quality development of Shandong cultural enterprises and the transformation and upgrading of cultural industries.

Assigned by the Publicity Department of the Shandong Provincial Party Committee, SCIDA is the sponsor of China International Cultural Tourism Fair (formerly Shandong Cultural Expo), and is officially registered by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China.
